After advancing directly to the championship game, Isabella Wrana (Sundbyberg , SWE) lost 7-6 to Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE) in the Final of the Swedish Curling Championships, held February 1 - 5, 2023 in Karlstad, Sweden.

Wrana finished 3-0 in the 4-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wrana defeated Tova Sundberg (Karlsad, SWE) 6-3, then won 8-3 against Hasselborg and 10-3 against Moa Dryburgh (Sundbyberg, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.
