Rebecca Morrison (Stirling, SCO) won 8-3 over Lesley Young (Stirling, SCO) in the Final of the Scottish Curling Championships, held February 6 - 12, 2023 at the Dumfries Ice Bowl in Dumfries, Scotland.
 
Morrison finished 7-0 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Morrison defeated Lucy Blair (Stirling, SCO) 9-4, then won 7-2 against Jodi Bass (Dumfries, SCO) and 7-1 against Beth Farmer (Stirling, SCO). Morrison won 6-1 against Amy Mitchell (Greenacres, SCO), then won 8-3 against Fay Henderson (Dumfries, SCO) and 11-5 against Young. Morrison won 8-1 against Emma Barr (Stirling, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Scottish Curling Championships Championship title, Morrison earned 22.500 world rankings points. Morrison move up 3 spots after posting a net gain of 17.25 points improving upon their best 7 results so far this season, ranking 23rd overall with 135.979 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
