Rin Suzuki (Aomori, JPN) finished 2-6 in the 9-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Suzuki defeated Riho Zaikan (Hioshima, JPN) 9-4, then went on to lose 10-4 against Miori Nakamura (Aomori, JPN). Suzuki responded with a 6-5 win over Honoka Sasaki (Kitami, JPN). Suzuki went on to lose 5-3 against Asuka Kanai (Karuizawa, JPN). Suzuki lost 10-2 to Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN). Suzuki lost 9-5 to Nakamura. Suzuki lost 7-2 to Yumi Suzuki (Tokyo, JPN). Suzuki lost 11-4 to Momoha Tabata (Sapporo, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.

Suzuki earned 3.375 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 27 of the event schedule, Suzuki did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Suzuki ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
