Jeff Hartung (Langenburg, SK) run at the 2023 SaskTour Mens Players Championship came to an end in the semifinals with a 8-6 loss to Kelly Knapp (Regina, SK). of the 2023 SaskTour Mens Players Championship in Swift Current, Saskatchewan; Hartung advanced through the quarterfinals with a 5-3 win over Rylan Kleiter (Saskatoon, SK). of the 2023 SaskTour Mens Players Championship in Swift Current, Saskatchewan;

Hartung finished 3-2 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hartung defeated Steve Laycock (Saskatoon, SK) 9-5, then won 8-4 against Michael Carss (Saskatoon, SK) to advance to a A-Qualifier game where they lost 7-1 against Knapp to drop into a B-Qualifier game where they lost 6-1 to Carss to drop into a C-Qualifier game where they where Hartung responded with a 4-2 win over Josh Heidt (Kerrobert , SK) to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.

Hartung earned 10.625 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the SaskTour Mens Players Championship. For week 24 of the event schedule, Hartung did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Hartung ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
