Knapp finished 2-0 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Knapp defeated Dallan Muyres (Saskatoon , SK) 6-2 to advance to the A-Qualifier where they 7-1 against Hartung to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the SaskTour Mens Players Championship Championship title, Knapp earned 18.750 world rankings points along with the $2,600CDN first prize cheque, moving up 8 spots the World Ranking Standings into 34th place overall with 108.307 total points. Knapp ranks 31st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 90.875 points earned so far this season.
