To advance to the championship game, Allison/Allison won 8-4 over Emily Potter/Brian Shimko (Cincinnati, OH) in the semifinals of the 2023 Cincinnati Mixed Doubles Cup in Cincinnati, Ohio; and won 7-3 over Audra Adams/Patrick Connolly (Cincinnati, OH) in the quarterfinals. of the 2023 Cincinnati Mixed Doubles Cup in Cincinnati, Ohio;

Allison/Allison finished 2-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Allison/Allison defeated Maribeth Leschinsky/Jason Oblander (Orange, OH) 7-5, then won 7-5 against Jillian Riecke/Denis Metty (Detroit, MI). Allison/Allison went on to lose 8-6 against Monique Penney/Jon Penney (Cincinnati, OH) in their final qualifying round match.
