Travis Colter (Halifax, NS) finished 4-3 in the 13-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Colter lost 9-2 to Paul Flemming (Halifax, NS), droppimg another game, 8-5 to Matthew Manuel (Halifax, NS) where Colter responded with a 6-3 win over Ian Fitzner-Leblanc (Halifax, NS). Colter won 9-8 against Tommy Sullivan (Halifax, NS), then won 9-7 against Peter Burgess (Truro, NS) and 8-6 against Stuart Thompson (Halifax, NS). Colter went on to lose 10-5 against Manuel in their final qualifying round match.

Colter earned 3.000 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 26 of the event schedule, Colter did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Colter ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
