Delaney Strouse (Minneapolis , MN) lost 8-5 to Tabitha Peterson (Chaska, MN) in the Final of the USA Curling National Championships, held February 5 - 13, 2023 in Denver, Colorado. To advance to the championship game, Strouse won 9-4 over Sarah Anderson (Chaska, MN) in the semifinals of the 2023 USA Curling National Championships in Denver, Colorado;

Strouse finished 6-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Strouse defeated Miranda Scheel (Eau Claire, WI) 7-4, then won 6-4 against Rachel Workin (Fargo, ND) and 8-6 against Christine McMakin (Fargo, ND). Strouse won 8-7 against Kim Rhyme (St. Paul, MN). Strouse went on to lose 9-5 against Peterson. Strouse responded with a 7-4 win over Madison Bear (Chaska, MN). Strouse won 5-4 against Anderson in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the USA Curling National Championships, Strouse take home 27.500 world rankings points. Strouse move up 7 spots after posting a net gain of 19 points improving upon their best 7 results so far this season, ranking 29th overall with 111.496 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Strouse ranks 27th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 107.750 points earned so far this season.
