Sarah Anderson (Chaska, MN) run at the 2023 USA Curling National Championships came to an end in the semifinals with a 9-4 loss to Delaney Strouse (Minneapolis , MN). of the 2023 USA Curling National Championships in Denver, Colorado;

Anderson finished 5-2 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Anderson defeated Rachel Workin (Fargo, ND) 6-5, then won 7-3 against Miranda Scheel (Eau Claire, WI) and 6-2 against Madison Bear (Chaska, MN). Anderson went on to lose 8-3 against Tabitha Peterson (Chaska, MN). Anderson responded with a 11-3 win over Christine McMakin (Fargo, ND). Anderson won 9-5 against Kim Rhyme (St. Paul, MN). Anderson went on to lose 5-4 against Strouse in their final qualifying round match.

Anderson earned 21.250 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the USA Curling National Championships, moving up 7 spots the World Ranking Standings into 28th place overall with 114.739 total points. Anderson ranks 28th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 104.500 points earned so far this season.
