Bear responded with a 9-8 win over Kim Rhyme (St. Paul, MN) in their final qualifying round match.

Bear earned 15.000 world rankings points for their Top 4 finish in the USA Curling National Championships, moving up 20 spots the World Ranking Standings into 61st place overall with 50.269 total points.
