Tabitha Peterson (Chaska, MN) won 8-5 over Delaney Strouse (Minneapolis , MN) in the Final of the USA Curling National Championships, held February 5 - 13, 2023 in Denver, Colorado.
 
Peterson finished 7-0 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Peterson defeated Madison Bear (Chaska, MN) 9-8, then won 9-3 against Kim Rhyme (St. Paul, MN) and 10-7 against Rachel Workin (Fargo, ND). Peterson won 8-3 against Sarah Anderson (Chaska, MN), then won 9-5 against Strouse and 9-5 against Miranda Scheel (Eau Claire, WI). Peterson won 10-5 against Christine McMakin (Fargo, ND) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the USA Curling National Championships Championship title, Peterson earned 37.500 world rankings points.
