Gallo went on to lose 6-3 against Kalle Kiiskinen (Hyvinkaa, FIN). Gallo responded with a 12-6 win over Konstantin Rykov (Vilnius, LTU). Gallo went on to lose 10-4 against Eduard Veltsman (Tallinn, EST). Gallo lost 13-5 to Ireland's John Wilson in their final qualifying round match.
 
Gallo earned 3.375 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 17 of the event schedule, Gallo did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
