Watts lost 10-3 to Trevor Bonot (Thunder Bay, NONT). Watts lost 5-3 to William Butler (St. John's, NL) where Watts responded with a 8-7 win over Morgan Muise (Calgary, AB). Watts won 9-6 against Terry Miller (Whitehorse, YK), then won 5-4 against Peter Mackey (Iqaluit, NU) in their final qualifying round match.
