Barker finished 3-1 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Barker defeated Alyssa Resch (Moose Jaw, SK) 10-4, then won 10-2 against Stephanie Thompson (Regina, SK) and 5-4 against Orsted. Barker went on to lose 6-5 against Anderson in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Moose Jaw SaskTour Spiel Championship title, Barker earned 22.500 world rankings points along with the $1,200CDN first prize cheque, moving up 7 spots the World Ranking Standings into 20th place overall with 129.220 total points.
