Megan Lafrance/Robert Desjardins (Saguenay, QC) won 10-6 over Lisianne Ouellet/Guillaume Rousseau (Riviere-du-Loup, QC) in the Final of the Goldline Christmas Madness, held December 27 - 29, 2022 at the Chicoutimi Curling Club in Chicoutimi, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Lafrance/Desjardins won 9-0 over Emy Lafrance/Raphael Tremblay (Saguenay, QC) in the semifinals
 
Lafrance/Desjardins finished 3-0 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Lafrance/Desjardins defeated Lafrance/Tremblay 10-7, then won 8-7 against Anne Sophie Gionest/Yannick Martel (Chicoutimi, QC) and 9-5 against Sabrina Beaulieu/David Simard (Chicoutimi, QC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Goldline Christmas Madness Championship title, Lafrance/Desjardins earned 11.250 world rankings points along with the $320CDN first prize cheque. For week 22 of the event schedule, Lafrance/Desjardins did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 548th to 564th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 114.847 total points. Lafrance/Desjardins ranks 13th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 73.126 points earned so far this season.
