To advance to the championship game, Kim/Jeong won 9-3 over Carrie Robertson/Alex Robertson (Palmerston, ON) in the semifinals   of the 2023 Walker Industries Mixed Doubles Spiel in Arthur, Ontario, Canada; and won 9-3 over Paulina Hajduk/Jan Horacek (Bratislava, SVK) in the quarterfinals.  of the 2023 Walker Industries Mixed Doubles Spiel in Arthur, Ontario, Canada; 
 
Kim/Jeong finished 4-0 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kim/Jeong defeated Lindsay Raftis/Jacob Nogueira (Arthur, ON) 13-2, then won 10-3 against Jessica Shipmaker/Mike Aprile (Mississauga, ON) and 8-5 against Katie Cottrill/Shawn Cottrill (Belgrave, ON). Kim/Jeong won 10-1 against Robertson/Robertson in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Walker Industries Mixed Doubles Spiel, Kim/Jeong take home 11.000 world rankings points along with the $800CDN prize, remaining in 564th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 50.502 total points. Kim/Jeong ranks 24th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 50.502 points earned so far this season.
