ByeongJin Jeong (Seoul, KOR) qualified for the 2022 St. Thomas Curling Classic playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 5-4 against Scott Dunnam (Philadelphia, PA).

Jeong finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jeong defeated Matthew Hall (St. Thomas, ON) 10-6, then won 5-1 against Rob Ainsley (Toronto, ON) and 9-4 against Pat Ferris (Grimsby, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

Jeong earned 7.500 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the St. Thomas Curling Classic. For week 12 of the event schedule, Jeong did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 53rd to 59th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 62.701 total points. Jeong ranks 27th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 44.875 points earned so far this season.
