To advance to the championship game, Kessel won 6-3 over Cara Kesslering (Yorkton, SK) in the semifinals of the 2023 Saskatchewan Junior Womens Provincials in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada;

Kessel finished 3-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kessel defeated Kesslering 5-4, then won 11-3 against Jenna Pomedli (Saskatoon, SK) and 9-2 against Savanna Taylor (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Kessel ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
