Scheidegger finished 3-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Scheidegger defeated Darcy Robertson (Winnipeg , MB) 6-2, then went on to lose 7-4 against Penny Barker (Moose Jaw, SK). Scheidegger responded with a 7-2 win over Selena Sturmay (Edmonton, AB). Scheidegger won 8-1 against Jennifer Jones (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Scheidegger earned 16.500 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the DEKALB Superspiel. For week 18 of the event schedule, Scheidegger did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 9th to 10th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 201.922 total points.
