Peterson went on to lose 6-3 against Selena Sturmay (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Peterson earned 5.250 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, remaining in 36th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 92.547 total points. Peterson ranks 25th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 49.875 points earned so far this season.
