To advance to the championship game, Fowler/Fowler won 8-1 over Julie Zelingrova/Vitek Chabicovsky (Prague, CZE) in the semifinals of the 2022 Mixed Doubles Prague Trophy in Prague, Czech Republic; and won 8-5 over Jenny Perret/Martin Rios (Glarus, SUI) in the quarterfinals. of the 2022 Mixed Doubles Prague Trophy in Prague, Czech Republic;

Fowler/Fowler finished 4-0 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Fowler/Fowler defeated Eliska Srnska/Jaroslav Vedral (Prague, CZE) 5-4, then won 12-0 against Elodie Verger/Yannick Valvassori (Lyon, FRA) and 9-5 against Ildiko Szekeres/Gyorgy Nagy (Budapest, HUN). Fowler/Fowler won 7-5 against Perret/Rios in their final qualifying round match.
