Yoshimura finished 3-0 in the 7-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Yoshimura defeated Asuka Kanai (Karuizawa, JPN) 9-4, then won 8-3 against Mayu Minami (Sapporo, JPN) and 7-2 against Yamamoto in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the ARGO GRAPHICS Cup, Yoshimura take home 11.000 world rankings points along with the $4,569CDN prize. For week 5 of the event schedule, Yoshimura did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 29th to 30th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 76.009 total points. Yoshimura ranks 6th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 37.500 points earned so far this season.
