Einarson/Jacobs finished 3-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Einarson/Jacobs defeated Daniela Rupp/Kevin Wunderlin (Zug, SUI) 6-3, then won 9-2 against Jaelyn Cotter/Jim Cotter (Vernon, BC). Einarson/Jacobs went on to lose 6-5 against Weagle/Epping. Einarson/Jacobs responded with a 6-4 win over Patty Hersikorn/Steve Laycock (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Service Experts Shootout - Mixed Doubles Super Series, Einarson/Jacobs take home 38.500 world rankings points along with the $5,000CDN prize.
