Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI) lost 5-4 to Madeleine Dupont (Hvidovre, DEN) in the Final of the Le Gruyere AOP European Curling Championships, held November 19 - 26, 2022 in Ostersund, Sweden. To advance to the championship game, Tirinzoni won 9-5 over Stefania Constantini (Cortina d'Ampezzo, ITA) in the semifinals of the 2023 Le Gruyere AOP European Curling Championships in Ostersund, Sweden;
 
Tirinzoni finished 6-3 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Tirinzoni defeated Santa Blumberga (Riga, LAT) 10-2, then won 10-4 against Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE) and 10-4 against Dilsat Yildiz (Erzurum, TUR). Tirinzoni won 14-4 against Marianne Roervik (Oslo, NOR). Tirinzoni went on to lose 9-6 against Dupont. Tirinzoni responded with a 12-4 win over Csilia Halasz (Budapest, HUN). Tirinzoni won 9-3 against Rebecca Morrison (Stirling, SCO). Tirinzoni went on to lose 10-7 against Daniela Jentsch (Fuessen, GER). Tirinzoni lost 9-3 to Constantini in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Le Gruyere AOP European Curling Championships, Tirinzoni take home 41.250 world rankings points, remaining in 4th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 7.5 after improving upon their best so far this season. Tirinzoni ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 206.250 points earned so far this season.
