Kayla MacMillan (Vancouver, BC) run at the 2022 SGI Canada Best of the West came to an end in the semifinals with a 8-5 loss to Beth Peterson (Winnipeg, MB).

MacMillan finished 2-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, MacMillan defeated Marla Sherrer (Lacombe, AB) 5-4, then won 5-3 against Mackenzie Zacharias (Altona, MB). MacMillan went on to lose 12-4 against Kourtney Fesser (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
