Isabella Wrana (Stockholm, SWE) qualified for the 2022 World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 11-8 against Pia-Lisa Schoell (Oberstdorf, GER).  of the 2022 World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship in Geneva, Switzerland; 
 
Wrana finished 7-2 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wrana defeated Maia Ramsfjell (Trondheim, NOR) 7-4, then went on to lose 9-4 against Alina Paetz (Aarau, SUI). Wrana responded with a 10-8 win over Marie Kaldvee (Tallinn, EST). Wrana went on to lose 12-5 against Minji Kim (Gangwon-do, KOR). Wrana responded with a 8-3 win over Finland's Lotta Immonen. Wrana won 7-4 against Stefania Constantini (Trentino, ITA), then won 12-2 against Natalie Thurlow (Naseby, NZL) and 8-3 against Jasmin Lander (Hvidovre, DEN). Wrana won 8-5 against Chiaki Matsumura (Nagano, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Wrana earned 38.675 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship, remaining in 778th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 38.676 after improving upon their best so far this season. Wrana ranks 30th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 84.156 points earned so far this season.
