Lauren Cheal (Lennoxville, QC) run at the 2022 Summer Series came to an end in the semifinals with a 6-3 loss to Elizabeth Cyr (Montreal, QC). of the 2022 Summer Series in Saquenay, Quebec;

Cheal finished 2-2 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Cheal lost 6-1 to Anne Sophie Gionest (Saguenay, QC), then responded with a 9-7 win over Sarah-Ann Daigle (Quebec, QC). Cheal went on to lose 7-6 against Cyr. Cheal responded with a 9-6 win over Jolianne Fortin (Saguenay, QC) in their final qualifying round match.

Cheal ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
