Duncan finished 3-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Duncan defeated Peter Hlushak (Edmonton, AB) 4-3, then won 6-3 against Molly Whitbread (Lacombe, AB) and 10-4 against Faith Thomas (Okotoks, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
