Advancing directly to the semifinals, Einarson won 12-0 over Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN) to advance to the championship game. of the 2023 KIOTI Tractor Champions Cup in Regina, Saskatchewan;
 
Einarson finished 3-2 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Einarson defeated Isabelle Ladouceur (Waterloo, ON) 7-4, then won 7-3 against Clancy Grandy (Vancouver, BC) and 6-1 against Eun ji Gim (Uijeongbu, KOR). Einarson went on to lose 7-4 against Kaitlyn Lawes (Winnipeg, MB). Einarson lost 9-4 to Fujisawa in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the KIOTI Tractor Champions Cup, Einarson take home 49.500 world rankings points along with the $18,000CDN prize, remaining in 1st place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 24 after improving upon their best so far this season. Einarson ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 451.000 points earned so far this season.
