Wrana finished 4-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wrana defeated Rachel Homan (Ottawa, ON) 7-5, then won 5-4 against Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN) and 6-2 against Chelsea Carey (Lethbridge, AB). Wrana went on to lose 8-7 against Tirinzoni. Wrana responded with a 10-4 win over Kaitlyn Lawes (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Princess Auto Players' Championship Championship title, Wrana earned 75.000 world rankings points along with the $40,000CDN first prize cheque. Wrana move up 3 spots after posting a net gain of 60 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 7th overall with 266.750 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
