Kerri Einarson (Gimli, MB) lost 7-3 to Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI) in the Final of the Boost National, held October 4 - November 9, 2022 in North Bay, Ontario. To advance to the championship game, Einarson won 8-5 over Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN) in the semifinals of the 2022 Boost National in North Bay, Ontario; and won 6-2 over Raphaela Keiser (St. Moritz, SUI) in the quarterfinals. of the 2022 Boost National in North Bay, Ontario;
Einarson finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Einarson defeated Eunjung Kim (Gangneung , KOR) 10-1, then won 10-4 against Jennifer Jones (Winnipeg, MB) and 9-6 against Hollie Duncan (Toronto, ON). Einarson went on to lose 7-6 against Fujisawa in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the Boost National, Einarson take home 55.000 world rankings points along with the $20,000CDN prize, remaining in 2nd place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 6.246 after improving upon their best so far this season. Einarson ranks 6th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 76.250 points earned so far this season.
