Christensen won 8-7 against Daniela Jentsch (Fuessen, GER), then won 12-5 against Dilsat Yildiz (Erzurum, TUR). Christensen went on to lose 8-7 against Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI). Christensen lost 9-3 to Kerri Einarson (Gimli, CAN) where Christensen responded with a 5-4 win over Hasselborg. Christensen won 1-0 against Gina Aitken (Aberdeen, SCO), then won 9-5 against Madeleine Dupont (Hvidovre, DEN) in their final qualifying round match.
