Sherry Middaugh (Woodstock , ON) run at the 2022 Ontario Scotties came to an end in the semifinals with a 6-5 loss to Carly Howard (Mississauga, ON). of the 2022 Ontario Scotties in Thornhill, Ontario;
 
Middaugh finished 5-2 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Middaugh defeated Susan Froud (Alliston, ON) 9-4, then won 7-2 against Calissa Daly (Toronto, ON) and 4-3 against Danielle Inglis (Mississauga, ON). Middaugh went on to lose 7-6 against Katelyn Wasylkiw (Whitby, ON). Middaugh responded with a 9-3 win over Lauren Mann (Ottawa, ON). Middaugh won 10-3 against Howard. Middaugh went on to lose 5-2 against Rachel Homan (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
