Deschenes won 8-4 against Gregory Bornais (Quebec, QC), then won 5-4 against Greg Cheal (Lennoxville, QC). Deschenes went on to lose 5-4 against Raphael Patry (Jonquiere, QC). Deschenes lost 7-4 to Bornais in their final qualifying round match.

For week 21 of the event schedule, Deschenes did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
