To advance to the championship game, Rudzite/Zentelis won 7-1 over Daina Barone/Ritvars Gulbis (Riga, LAT) in the semifinals of the 2021 WCT Latvian Mixed Doubles Curling Cup 1 in Riga, Latvia; and won 10-7 over Evita Regza/Aleksandrs Baranovskis (Riga, LAT) in the quarterfinals. of the 2021 WCT Latvian Mixed Doubles Curling Cup 1 in Riga, Latvia;
Rudzite/Zentelis finished 2-2 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Rudzite/Zentelis defeated Zanda Priste-Vonda/Janis Vonda (Riga, LAT) 14-4, then went on to lose 9-8 against Katrina Gaidule/Ansis Regza (Riga, LAT). Rudzite/Zentelis responded with a 7-4 win over Barone/Gulbis. Rudzite/Zentelis went on to lose 8-5 against Mintaute Jurkute/Paulius Rymeikis (Vilnius, LTU) in their final qualifying round match.
