Connor Deane (New Westminster, BC) finished 2-3 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Deane lost 7-6 to Nathan Young (St. John's, NL), then responded with a 11-2 win over Raphael Patry (Jonquiere, QC). Deane won 10-1 against Jullian Bowling (Yellowknife, NT). Deane went on to lose 7-6 against Daymond Bernath (Saskatoon, SK). Deane lost 5-4 to Owen Purcell (Halifax, NS) in their final qualifying round match.

Deane earned 2.494 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 18 of the event schedule, Deane did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Deane ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
