Tori Koana (Fujiyoshida, JPN) won 7-4 over Akane Suzuki (Kanagawa, JPN) in the Final of the Kanto Curling Championships, held January 14 - 16, 2022 in Kanto, Japan. To advance to the championship game, Koana won 11-1 over Sayuri Matsuhashi (Tokyo, JPN) in the semifinals
 
Koana finished 3-0 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Koana defeated Japan's Ayako Tanimoto 11-2, then won 8-1 against Japan's Asami Sasada and 14-0 against Ayumi Yokota (Chiba, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.
