Reece Hamm (Winnipeg, MB) lost 7-2 to Manitoba's Jordon Johnson in the Final of the Kyle Flett Memorial MJCT, held November 12 - 14, 2021 at the Petersfield Curling Club in Petersfield, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Hamm won 6-4 over Manitoba's Aaron Van Ryssel in the semifinals
 
Hamm finished 3-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hamm defeated Manitoba's Cameron Olafson 6-5, then won 6-4 against Tanner Graham (Petersfield, MB) and 8-5 against Manitoba's Thomas McGillivray in their final qualifying round match.
