In their opening game, Norway's Jostein Stordahl lost 6-4 to Scotland's Hugh Nibloe, then responded with a 8-1 win over Switzerland's Eric Decorvet. Norway's Jostein Stordahl went on to lose 5-3 against United States's Matt Thums. Norway's Jostein Stordahl lost 6-3 to Latvia's Polina Rozkova where Norway's Jostein Stordahl responded with a 11-4 win over Italy's Egidio Marchese. Norway's Jostein Stordahl won 7-6 against Canada's Mark Ideson, then won 7-6 against RCF's Konstantin Kurokhtin and 8-6 against Slovakia's Radoslav Duris. Norway's Jostein Stordahl went on to lose 6-1 against Korea's Jaehyeok Jang. Norway's Jostein Stordahl lost 8-4 to China's Haitao Wang. Norway's Jostein Stordahl lost 9-2 to Sweden's Viljo Petersson-Dahl in their final qualifying round match.
