Estefana Quintero (Mexico City, MEX) finished 1-3 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Quintero lost 12-3 to Jasmin Lander (Hvidovre, DEN), then responded with a 8-3 win over Veerle Geerinckx (Zemst, BEL). Quintero went on to lose 5-2 against Hannah Augustin (KitzbÃ¼hel, AUT). Quintero lost 9-1 to Amanda Chou (Taipei City, TPE) in their final qualifying round match.

Quintero earned 0.759 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, remaining in 778th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 0.76 after improving upon their best so far this season. Quintero ranks 162nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 0.760 points earned so far this season.
