To advance to the championship game, Buchy won 8-2 over Amy Wheatcroft (Maple Ridge, BC) in the semifinals

Buchy finished 4-0 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Buchy defeated Kayla Wilson (Victoria, BC) 7-6, then won 6-2 against Kaelen Coles-Lyster (Gold River, BC) and 7-6 against Bryelle Wong (Vancouver, BC). Buchy won 7-5 against Holly Hafeli (Kamloops, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
