Barker finished 3-1 in the 11-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Barker lost 5-4 to Selzer, then responded with a 7-6 win over Stasia Wisniewski (Regina, SK). Barker won 6-4 against Sarah Hoag (Regina, SK), then won 6-2 against Jessica Mitchell (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the SaskTour Women's Weyburn Championship title, Barker earned 19.803 world rankings points along with the $1,100CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 29th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 10.01 after improving upon their best so far this season.
