To advance to the championship game, Calvert won 3-2 over Jordon McDonald (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals of the 2021 Atkins Curling Supplies Classic in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; and won 7-6 over Zachary Wasylik (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals.

Calvert finished 4-0 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Calvert defeated Jed Brundidge (East St. Paul, MN) 5-3, then won 5-3 against McDonald and 7-1 against Ty Dilello (Winnipeg, MB). Calvert won 7-4 against Corey Chambers (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Atkins Curling Supplies Classic Championship title, Calvert earned 29.793 world rankings points along with the $2,300CDN first prize cheque, moving up 5 spots the World Ranking Standings into 16th place overall with 134.974 total points. Calvert ranks 5th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 48.961 points earned so far this season.
