In their opening game, Rocque lost 10-6 to Casey Scheidegger (Lethbridge, AB), then responded with a 7-5 win over Laura Walker (Edmonton, AB). Rocque won 6-5 against Suzanne Birt (Charlottetown, PEI), then won 8-5 against Corryn Brown (Kamloops, BC) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Canadian Curling Trials Direct-Entry Event Championship title, Rocque earned 13.875 world rankings points.
