To advance to the championship game, Barker won 11-8 over Kaitlyn Jones (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals of the 2021 SaskTour Women's Moose Jaw in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada; and won 8-2 over Michelle Englot (Regina, SK) in the quarterfinals. of the 2021 SaskTour Women's Moose Jaw in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada;
 
Barker finished 3-0 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Barker defeated Hanna Johnson (Moosomin, SK) 8-6, then won 6-4 against Stasia Wisniewski (Regina, SK) and 10-1 against Robson (Moose Jaw, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the SaskTour Women's Moose Jaw Championship title, Barker earned 28.366 world rankings points along with the $1,600CDN first prize cheque.
