Barber/Heidt finished 2-2 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Barber/Heidt defeated Jaelyn Cotter/Jim Cotter (Vernon, BC) 7-6, then won 8-7 against Jazmin Ackerman/Brett Behm (Saskatoon, SK).
