To advance to the championship game, Englot/Schneider won 6-5 over Shelby Brandt/Grady LaMontagne (Regina, SK) in the semifinals of the 2021 SCT Mixed Doubles - Wadena in Wadena, Saskatchewan, Canada;
Englot/Schneider finished 3-1 in the 11-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Englot/Schneider defeated Krista Ellingson/Carl deConinck Smith (Regina, SK) 7-2, then won 6-5 against Brandt/LaMontagne. Englot/Schneider went on to lose 9-1 against Kitz/Wills. Englot/Schneider responded with a 6-4 win over Samantha Yachiw/Jordan Raymond (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
