To advance to the championship game, Hersikorn/Laycock won 7-4 over Madison Kleiter/Brayden Stewart (Saskatoon, SK) in the semifinals of the 2021 Craven SPORTS Services Mixed Doubles in Martensville, Saskatchewan, Canada; and won 6-5 over Jaelyn Cotter/Jim Cotter (Vernon, BC) in the quarterfinals. of the 2021 Craven SPORTS Services Mixed Doubles in Martensville, Saskatchewan, Canada;
 
Hersikorn/Laycock finished 2-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hersikorn/Laycock defeated Kailee Popowich/James Owens (Saskatoon, SK) 9-5, then went on to lose 6-5 against Jill Springer/Garret Springer (Regina, SK). Hersikorn/Laycock responded with a 8-2 win over Krista Ellingson/Carl deConinck Smith (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Craven SPORTS Services Mixed Doubles Championship title, Hersikorn/Laycock earned 20.022 world rankings points along with the $1,100CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 778th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 21.291 total points.
