Sarah Mueller (Biel, SUI) qualified for the 2021 WCT Latvia International Challenger playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 3-2 against Stefania Constantini (Trentino, ITA). of the 2021 WCT Latvia International Challenger in Tukums, Latvia;

Mueller finished 3-1 in the 17-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Mueller lost 7-1 to Vlada Rumiantseva (Moscow, RUS), then responded with a 7-6 win over Liisa Turmann (Tallinn, EST). Mueller won 13-0 against Asta Vaicekonyte (Vilnius, LTU), then won 8-3 against Evita Regza (Riga, LAT) in their final qualifying round match.

Mueller earned 7.641 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the WCT Latvia International Challenger, moving up 16 spots the World Ranking Standings into 102nd place overall with 17.647 total points. Mueller ranks 73rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 10.432 points earned so far this season.
