8-5 to Corrie Huerlimann (Zug, SUI), then responded with a 8-4 win over Irene Schori (Langenthal, SUI). Keiser won 9-4 against Nora Wuest (Wetzikon, SUI), then won 10-5 against Fabienne Rieder (Bern, SUI) and 5-3 against Xenia Schwaller (Zurich, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Swiss Curling Championships, Keiser take home 23.199 world rankings points, remaining in 28th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 11.161 after improving upon their best so far this season. Keiser ranks 26th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 116.356 points earned so far this season.
